Ok Mudder.  Get going.

Get out and hurt yourself.  Make your body pay for the inactivity you have put on yourself.  Get you shorts on and get into the bush.  Climb mud, run in sand, dive in water, swallow mud.  It dosen't matter because you have toe get moving.  You must get running and be in at least better shape than you are.  You have just over 2 months.  5 days a week is fine.  You just need to get a schedule and work your way up to running the course.

As a trainer said: "are you going to die today?"
   "no."
   "then get a move on!"

Burn the calories and get motivated.  When you see a chubby fat person in a ca car smoking and looking all pasty, you think "wow, what a lazy bastard" well, what can you say of yourself?  Lazy Bastard!  Get going Lazy Bastard!

Think of just how smug you can be when you are dirving around all hardend from working out and then see those pasty fatties... You'll be swimming in smugness.

this is what it is going to take to get you going: START.

It is never convenient.  You never have enough sleep, you are always going to be a little sick or a little sore, you kids will never have ENOUGH time with you, you'll never have enough time for work, you will never be full enough, or hungry enough, you will never have enough energy, you will never not have the clothes (you're wearing clothes duh!).

You don't need gear, you dont need fancy places, you don't need water, you dont need food, you dont need an umbrella.

YOu just need to start.  Get going.  Plan after you run.  stop writing it down and start actually doing it...go go go

5 days a week should give us toughness.  get into the dirt and crawl, climb trees and fences, commando crawl, duck under logs, wade through water, dive in water with clothes on. get wet, get muddy, get cold, heat up, do it.  and get youself into a shape of your life.  hardened.

Almost Live

Ok People!  we are almost live.  It is time to give the big push to get the live-ness out and ready for the Month of March.  there are FHA orders that need to be filled and out.  There are collections to be done.  There are orders to ship and there is an eventum to be managed.  Once complete, we will be ready for the onslaught of orders into the que.

This will be easy.  It will take some fierce dedication on my part to make sure not a minute is wasted.  So what we need to do is get to it and start running again.  Make the machines whir and get the invoices out.  make all the time we have count.

This push will be like I have orders that are really pressing.  so get to work and fight! 

Some things that come to mind are:

• FHA orders entered and completed.
• Engravers express to pick up (and felice plate)
• magnets on Womens hospital
• MTM scans
• shipping to complete
• Collections to do
• eventum to update
• shop to clean

It might be hard, but I think it will be good for us.

Today, I will work like never before.  I will push myself into a run to get the work done faster and better.  I will avoid distractions every step of the way.  I will work smart and go for it like a madman.  I will push to become the worker I need to be to get the job done. 

If you want to loose weight, you have to push yourself into very uncomfortable situation.  Work is never comfortable and is always a struggle.  So when at work, I will push myself into uncomfortable situations and drive myself to become ultimate business guy, always going for the most resistance and doing what it takes to make killer money.  Push, push, push. 

I will loose the Fat of poverty and the the calories of lazyness.  I will lift the weights of bravery and the run the cardio of efficiency.  Every day will be better and my progress will be marked. 

This is my promise to myself.  Get to work and be so business-fit that people will notice a change.

Getting Live

Get live.  Get real live and stay live.  Rest When there is truly nothing to do.  Get excited when the order come at us like crazy.

so to get live, all we must do is get everything else out of our way.  stuff that clouds our mind and is in the way of us doing our job perfectly.   once we are live, we will have a great time here:

Job comes in, Art is done, art is approved, the job gets produced, the job leaves the building all in the same day or thereabouts.

getting live will mean I have to make some more serious commitments to my time.  to get everything going in a straigt line.

All jobs must be completed:  This one is simple.  Just do all the jobs to the best of your abilities.  Just start on a job, put it in a bag and move it to the next station.  Then get another job do it, put it in a bag and move it to the next station... Just keep going untill all the bags are ready to ship.  Then ship them... fricking easy!

Just get back there... put your headphones on and start working.  do it!  Get going.

Clearing the Crazy

What is wrong with this?  I have too much to think about and too much to do.  Not enough time to get it all done.  What can I do?  I have to clear the crazy.  Rake the leaves into piles and find a big dump truck to get it all in.  I want to get every thing done in time but there are just so many distractions.

Its like there is a merry-go-round in my head on full speed and I'm fighting to get stuff done while riding it.  Is there a way to get it all done?

Put every task on a table.  organize the table and systematically do it all.  It works because you have done it before.  If you continue to jump from task to task, there will be no way to get off the ride.  Just organize the tasks and do them one at a time based on wait time.

so get out a spread sheet, write everything down and attach a importance number to it.  once complete, you will have everything that needs to be done.  Get to it because that will make you happy.

There are a lot of orders to think about so if you get them on paper, you will have less to think about and more to do.

You will have so much clarity when you know what is going on.

Go!  Do it!

I think that this is great.  I a going for it completely and giving 100% to all my tasks and not wasting any time.  Get this stuff done.  Job after job.  Keeping the process up to date and keeping myself organized.

I can alter my existance through writing!

I just found out that my existence can be altered through my own writing.  This was not completly a a surprise, but somthing I I have done before.  I now have a reason to write every day because it creates my life.  Wow... Imagine the power of this when harnessed by a person with skills! 

Yesterday, I wrote about what I had to do.  And everything changed.  I was happy, I got laid, baby slept all night, I was awake, I felt really good.  It was just because of writing. so now I will continue with this writing my life.

First of all, I managed to get rid of all distractions.  That was important.  When someone came and offered to talk to me for 20 minutes, I made them go away.  I told phone calls that I only had a few minutes.  This affords me the opportunity to get working and doing it.  Imagine the time I have now?!

I will get all the production done today so that I can get going with the sales and pulling some money in.  This is really important to me.

So now.  Lets talk about whats inside my mind.  Spiderwebs of inactivity.  I am brushing them away and seeing things for real.  I am looking into my life and seeing that I have been running on one cylinder.  So I am tuning up the engine and revving hard.  I will get to the back and start pushing jobs out like crazy.

later on, I will check any emails and respond to all.  I will get going so fast that I will be able to get everything done.  Shit is working out.  I am getting richer and the business is improving. I am happy for that.  Google seems to be producing leads every day and bringing in money.

So go out to the shop and drive the machine fast fast!  Get going now!  And dont stop to answer phones (well...) and dont answer phones of people who are bad.
